FISH CUTLETS
Fish Cutlets :-)
Ingredients
1.         Fish                 -              200 grams
2.         Garlic              -              1 clove (chopped)
3.         Egg white        -             1
4.         Lemon juice    -             1TS                                                                                                       
5.         Sesame           -            1 TS
6.         Sesame oil      -            1 TS
7.         Capsicum        -            1 (chopped)
8.         Onion              -              1
9.         Bread slice      -             1
10.       Carrot              -              1 (chopped)
11.       Oil                    -               For frying                                           
Recipe
Steam the fish and mash it. Then mix all the ingredients in a bowl then make medium size round or square pieces/cubes. Dip it in the egg white and then roll it in the bread. Best served with fresh salad.
