SPICY MUSHROOM SOUP

Ingredients
1.         Coconut Milk               -           2 Cups
2.         Vegetable Stock         -           2 Cups
3.         Mushrooms                 -           6
4.         Lemon Grass              -           1 Tbs
5.         Ginger                         -           2 or 3 slices
6.         Green chilli                  -           2
7.         Lemon                         -           1
8.         Coriander Leaves       -           2 Tbs (Chopped)
9.         Salt                              -           ½ Ts
10.       Fish Sauce                  -           1 Tbs
11.       Black Pepper              -           To taste
Recipe

            Mix coconut milk, vegetable stock and fish sauce in a bowl. Then boil these ingredients. After they are boiled mix salt, black pepper, ginger, green chilli, mushrooms and lemon grass in it. Mix it well, then boil it for five minutes and remove from the stove. Pour it into a boil. Garnish it with lemon and coriander and serve it hot.
