CHOCOLATE PIZZA PIE

Ingredients

Unsweetened cocoa - 3 tbsp
White flour - 1/3 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Egg yolk - 3
Water - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Butter or margarine - 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Cream for dressing - 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder for dressing - 2-4 tbsp
Mix nuts (chopped) - 1/4 cup
Chocolate flakes - As desired
Baked Pie Crust - 1

Method

Mix cocoa and flour in top of a double boiler over hot water and whisk in about half of the one cup of water, just enough to make a smooth paste. Blend in the sugar and the beaten egg yolks and add remaining water and milk. Cook over low until the mixture is thick; add  butter and vanilla. Pour into baked pie crust. Top with cream, chocolate flakes, nuts or simply dust it with cocoa powder on it. Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.

Serve chilled.
